Dining is a vital part of a stay at the Regent Hotel. Our head chef imaginatively combines fresh local produce with traditional Cumbrian influences and a modern British style. All this is complemented by an extensive wine list. Many of the ingredients we use at the Regent Hotel come from the Lake District and surrounding area. These include; local lamb, smoked meats, sausages, traditional bacons and hams, fish, salads, fresh vegetables, mustards and pickles, various cheeses, ice cream and yoghurts.
